I´m also experiencing the problem you had with wrong clips sent to Color, and none of the suggested solutions solves the problem. How did you solve the problem at last?

sorry for my english… if you have a clip with timeremap or speed adjustment, you first must be export the clips to .mov, the same for the stills, jpeg, png , etc with animation, before send the sequence to color.

Sounds like the typical problems when your clips have some kind of speed adjustment. If there are any clips with speed adjustments, try baking them and give it another go.

Also make sure everything is on ONE video track. Color will only read the top most video track if there are two clips on top of each other.
