Topic: The art of Color / Correcting over exposed shots

Hi all
I have finally got the hang of color now after getting passed its very non-user friendly interface! and have come to realizes it’s amazing power. Im grading some over exposed shots (PAL DV, DVCAM,) but im still struggling to get them looking as “contrasty” and well balanced as i would like. any tips or ideas would be great
