Yes I had the same problem. Before you render your clip again, you have to delete the previous rendered clip.
Color makes a copy of the old clip and then renders out the new clip. eg: 7_g1.mov BECOMES 7_g1 copy.mov

So delete in this case clip “7_g1.mov” before you render again. And empty the trash to be sure FCP doesn’t find the clip somewhere else.
