Topic: Tips, Tricks and Tutorials / Color FX not showing.

Hi

The blur is used to soften the sharpness of the image a bit.

Thing is, that only the blur shows at the output, even if I double click any of the other filters, only the blur shows.

If I cut the whole stack and paste it back to the same clip, it looks fine.

I know how to get around it now, but why does this happen? how can I avoid this?

I even used colorfixer but nothing. (This was NOT shot on RED, but in a 7D transcoded to 422HQ)

It can happen in the middle of a session or after I close Color and re open a pjt.

Hello all

Have been doing some grading for a while, and every time Color FX acts up, at the end I figure it out, but not today.

A stack of Color Fx filters are set, but not result coming from them.
Secondaries and primary in/put work fine.

Obviously an output is at the end.
I have to introduce a new filter in the stack for it to work, even in bypass.

How is this fixed or avoided?
